Great hotel, was better in some areas when it was a Hilton hotel. Changing the sports bar in to a teen club was a mistake. More air-conditioned seating areas needed in evening.

As a frequent traveler who consistently chooses five-star accommodations worldwide, including previous enjoyable stays at Rixos properties such as Rixos Bab Al Bahr on Marjan Island, I had high expectations for your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience fell significantly short of the standards I associate with the Rixos brand. Key Issues Encountered: 1. Dining Experience: • The ultra all-inclusive concept felt downgraded to a canteen-style setup, with overcrowding and lack of organization. • Guests were seen touching food directly, pushing others in queues, and waitresses sharing water bottles with multiple families across different tables—raising serious hygiene concerns. • When I requested water to be served at my table, the waitress responded sarcastically and filled a plastic bottle with warm water, using a blue cap that was unsealed. This was unacceptable and deeply concerning from both a health and service standpoint. 2. À La Carte Restaurant Booking System: • The hotel provided a QR code for daily bookings at 11:00 AM. Despite multiple attempts to book exactly at that time, we consistently received messages stating that all restaurants were fully booked. • This suggests either a technical flaw or mismanagement of the booking system, which denied guests fair access to the à la carte dining experience included in the package. 3. Service Delays and Poor Staffing: • Morning coffee and tea service was extremely slow due to one staff member handling both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for a large crowd. • My request for a separate hot water boiler, a standard amenity in similar hotels, was ignored without any feedback. 4. Pool and Beach Areas: • Sunbeds were consistently unavailable due to early occupation by large groups, making it difficult for other guests to enjoy the facilities. • Despite having paid for a premium all-inclusive package, there was no nearby service in the morning up to 4 PM at the beach to offer even basic refreshments like water. This lack of attention to guest comfort is unacceptable for a resort of this caliber. 5. Water Sports Experience: • Initially, your staff explained the jet ski regulations professionally, allowing for a brief switch of drivers (between a 15-year-old and an adult) offshore, just to enjoy the wonderful experience of jet skiing — all under parental supervision and with full acknowledgment of the terms and conditions. • However, on the day of rental (18 August), the staff member on duty contradicted previous information and responded with hostility and poor attitude, leading us to cancel the activity altogether. Acknowledgment: I would like to express my sincere respect and appreciation for the staff members who work silently and politely to serve guests — especially those in room cleaning, valet parking, and reception areas. Their professionalism and dedication are commendable and should be recognized. Request for Action: I urge your management team to investigate these matters thoroughly and take corrective actions to restore the standards expected of a Rixos property. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see meaningful improvements in the future.

Pobyt 10-20 sierpnia 2025 Już od pierwszej chwili pobytu czuliśmy się wyjątkowi – przywitał nas uśmiechnięty concierge, który zajął się bagażem i wskazał drogę do recepcji. Tam obsługa działała błyskawicznie, z pełnym profesjonalizmem, przekazując wszystkie niezbędne informacje. Pokój 3416? Absolutna bajka – widok na morze, ogród i baseny robił ogromne wrażenie, klimatyzacja działała wydajnie. Sprzątanie odbywało się na najwyższym poziomie, dyskretnie, ale perfekcyjnie. Przy basenach nigdy nie brakowało wolnych leżaków, co pozwalało w pełni cieszyć się wypoczynkiem. Plaża hotelowa również zachwycała – szeroka, czysta, idealna do relaksu i kąpieli w morzu. Gastronomia to prawdziwa podróż smaków – szczególnie polecamy Restaurację Główną oraz Toro Loko, gdzie obsługa jest niezwykle serdeczna, a każde danie to małe dzieło sztuki. Kawa w lobby zachwyca aromatem, a drinki przy słonym basenie to mistrzostwo – zarówno pod względem smaku, jak i atmosfery, którą tworzą świetni barmani. Wieczorami dodatkową atrakcją były świetnie przygotowane show na estradzie – różnorodne, pełne energii i naprawdę na wysokim poziomie. Cały personel hotelu zasługuje na wielkie uznanie – uśmiechnięci, życzliwi, zawsze gotowi pomóc. To oni tworzą atmosferę miejsca, z którego po prostu nie chce się wyjeżdżać. Wyjazd zakończyliśmy z poczuciem niedosytu i z przekonaniem, że z ogromną radością wrócilibyśmy tu ponownie.
