Best hotel in sharm from the stuff very kind and willing to help Ahmed amer the receptionist is very professional and help us to arrange the rooms for me and the family. The rooms is very big and luxurious the food is very delicious and fresh and the hotel in general is very luxurious best stay in sharm. Very recommended

High Well Structured Accomodation

rooms clean, vast, perfect decoration (stayed @ Tirana) Main restaurant (only the main one was good) I did not join the other ones after first day pools are good in comparison with other RIXOS Hotels in Egypt, still, staff needs more training, generally, they were good but newcomers lacks a lot in how to prepare a coffee (despite having a coffee special booths), general knowledhe in general food items in breakfast, first day in people restaurant the pizza base was not cooked for example, coffees, mokhito's sunshine the staff doesn't know how to prepare. it was getting better day after day. but we we were searching to have the RIXOS experience
