It was generally good experience for me. However, I didn't like the meal diversity and quality when I compared before. World class gym was amazing.
Rooms are very old-fashioned with lack of comfort and technology. Hot water in the shower is really weak which disturbs the bath comfort. Television is not smart which is the top demand in such a digital age. Cleaning is overall ok. Thank you
Overall the rooms are clean and the benefits are good. However, there's nothing fancy. A 4 star city hotel is approximately the same. My bathroom sink was clogged and there was a smell in the shower. I placed the "please change my sheets" card on the bed however they only changed the pillow cover and sadly there were holes on it. My water glasses were never changed, they just cleaned them with water and put it back with stains on them. My problems (except the sheets) were solved after I talked with the reception so this is good, however I shouldn't have these problems in a luxury hotel to begin with.
