The hotel and the staff were fab ! My kids had an absolute blast !!! We went in Feb 24 which was off peak time . My kids loved every second of it. The only thing I have a slight issue about was that there was no food being served from 2-6:30pm , there was tea and cakes from 2:30 to 4:00 pm. Say for example, my kids did not eat breakfast properly , so we had early lunch at 12. We would have to wait till 6:30 for Dinner. If we watched the boat show at 8:30 they would go bed late and get hungry again , but there was no snack bar for crisps , chips or pizza like other hotels. This is my only complaint as I paid for all inclusive but I found myself buying food from the shops outside. I did ask the staff if I could get it from them they said no food is being served , unless it’s their lunch /dinner time and I could get room service but need to pay for it. But everything else was good.
