Even if we didn't get the wine bottle in the room which should have been included in our package, the stay was really nice. The people from the reception were all eager to help and kind, people working at the restaurant were also helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at Rixos Radamis. Maybe we missed the information where to find it but it should have been easy for us if we could get the map of the resort and the list of the activities when checking in, we tried to use the qr code given in the instructions letter but it didn't really help. Our stay at Rixos Radamis was enjoyable and great, we would definitely go back and return at Rixos Radamis.

Incredible holiday

This has been the second Time this year that we visit rixos radamis(one week each time)it is one of the most amazing hotel from its location to its services and much more.First a big thanks to Mr mohamad antar the reservation manager for his selection to our suite next to the pool and which is near to everything we wanted plus the cleanliness in our suite which we consider fancy and wonderful. A huge shout out to the entertainment team ( Ahmed,nabila and fifty)for their amazing work and the good activities for us to have fun during the day.As well as the wonderful shows at night which are performed at a high level and which we consider enjoyable to watch.This is the 14th time that we visit rixos in both Turkey and egypt, we love rixos hotels.NB: we need to have in the entertainment team a programme for the arabic people from music and songs and for the entertainment team to do more water activities (foam party,color party, pool party) which we didn't experience it this visit
