Rixos Premium Belek

We enjoyed our stay the hotel was up to standard. Being vegetarian we found the Indian cuisine was really nice the chef Dipak Sing is a wonderful chef. Lots to do on site. Wish something could be done with the tiny flies in the restaurant.

Hotel was clean and the waiters / waitresses were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Nightmare to book restaurants for evening meals, booking system needs some serious updating! Buffet restaurant had lots of variety but food was often only lukewarm unless you were fortunate enough to get the freshly served. It was a nightmare toasting bread at breakfast time as there was only two toasters available for all guests, as you can imagine there was a long queue! Room was of a high standard although the air conditioning left a lot to be desired as it would only go down to +18 degrees which was uncomfortable for us to sleep in. It was also a shame that only one of the three pools was heated, the other two no one went in as absolutely freezing. Beach bar waiters / waitresses on roller skates were excellent, beach bar entertainment during the day and evening was also good. Kids club and entertainment was good for our granddaughter, the cafe and food court was good. Shame we still get the situation were the majority of the sunbeds had towels on them from the early ours. If you went down to the pool area after breakfast it was difficult to find a bed not already taken by a towel. Communication throughout was sparse, the only thing we did get was a daily WhatsApp from out assistant telling us what was happening on site during the day, however going to Land of Legends the communication about bus times and what was actually on offer there was poor. All pools there were freezing!! It’s a shame that face to face communication has been replaced by WhatsApp. Special mention for Serkan who waited on us at breakfast and in the food court, extremely friendly, hard working and couldn’t do enough for us and our family. Credit to him! All waiting and cleaning staff were also excellent but Serkan just went that extra mile with pride in his job.

We had an supreb stay at Rixos Belek. Fantastic and warm service, well appointed rooms and facilities.

This was a luxury break that we were desperate to enjoy and the lived up to our expectations in ALMOST every way. WE felt we were staying in a high end resort and wanted facilities that would match - we were a family of 4 with 2 children who loved the pool and the food.

On our return to this hotel, we booked 2 rooms with a total of 6 guests.Good variety of food and drinks, overall service is good. Service at main pool bar can be lacking, you may be ignored sometimes I believe due to being too busy. In all outlets, service in People’s were the best by far. Godiva behind desserts&ice cream ladies were excellent too. I don’t think it’s ideal to have 2 cold pools as we didn’t get to swim in them with young children. The warm pool was always overcrowded. SPA needs hot jacuzzi which we didn’t seem to locate. Some machines were upgraded since last year in arcade room however it is extremely hot, definitely needs an AC.
