We had a great time at Rixos Premium Belek. It is a beautiful hotel with AMAZING food. The service is second to none. If you want luxury, Rixos is the place!
We were really impressed with how inclusive the hotel was such as the branded drinks, ice creams and huge selection at meal times. The heated pool was a huge plus for us so the kids could swim for as long as they liked without getting cold and we could get drinks service without having to leave our loungers.
Amazing hotel, amazing facilities, spotless and well run A few issues that need addressing l think Booking a restaurant is near impossible and there is something unhelpful about it all - be prepared to not get to use any of the lovely restaurants The hotel got taken over by a security team for a diplomacy event and it felt very intimidating and my children were really concerned at times because of the numbers of armed police nd rooftop snipers The bus times to and from the theme park are OK but a lunchtime bus back would be helpful A bus to Belek on market day would be good The hotel is nowhere near Belek town and it’s about a 2 mile walk The staff were lovely and l can’t fault the people at reception, dining areas, the cafe, spa , kids arcades and cleaners were all excellent I opted to get a taxi to airport and informed reception (and bus company ) so my kids could have an extra 90 minutes sleep but the hotel woke us up at 4.50am to advise we had slept in so we ended up awake 90 mins too early, still got a taxi and kind of ruined our journey home as we were all so tired We would consider going back, awaiting a response from hotel on the issues last day
Second visit to this top class high end hotel. It has everything for every age group.
