Having recieved a free upgrade upon checkin the stay was guaranteed to be satisfying. However some issues were sorted out quickly by the staff such as the kids bed, a furniture issue and a malfunctioning water tap. The hotel offers top service in a premium location with excellent views over the corniche. Breakfast and dinner of very high quality to be expected in such an establishment. The level of service and the training level of the staff makes for an enjoyable experience in every possible way. To mention the things that we found still lacking was the limited number of outdoor tables for breakfast and dinner and the food is being collected before the actual closing time of the meals
Nice hotel, poor buffet choice. When room cleaned was good but not cleaned every day. Good kids club. Disappointing Asian outdoor restaurant. Italian restaurant excellent.
